Refund Policy

At NGDA, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized learning experiences. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and how to request one.

1. Additional Policies

  • Teacher Issues: If students encounter any issues with their instructor, we will provide a replacement teacher for the same course at no additional cost.
  • Switching Courses: Students may switch to a different course if they find it more suitable. This may incur an additional cost, which will be calculated based on the specifics of the case.
  • Upgrading Packages: Students wishing to upgrade their course package may do so by paying only the difference in cost between their current package and the upgraded package.
  • Downgrading Packages: Students can choose to downgrade their package. In this scenario, the price difference can be applied to add-on features instead of a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • 100% Refund: Students are eligible for a 100% refund if no classes have been attended. This full refund is available until the day before the first class begins.
  • 80% Refund: Students can request an 80% refund within 7 days of the start of the course. This reflects the deduction of administrative costs incurred.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be granted if more than 50% of the course sessions have been attended, as significant resources have been allocated.
  • Pro-rated Refund: If a refund request is made after the initial 7 days and before more than 50% of the classes have been attended, students are eligible for a pro-rated refund. This refund will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Add-ons (Job Placement Support)

All add-ons purchased are final and non-refundable.
