1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all courses. If, within the first 7 days of your course, you decide that NGDA is not the right fit for you, you can request a full refund, no questions asked.

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the course start date.
  • Process: Please contact our support team here to initiate the refund request.
  • Refund Amount: A full refund will be issued if the request is made within the eligible period.

2. Refunds for Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan, the 7-day satisfaction guarantee still applies. You will be eligible for a refund of any payments made if the request is made within 7 days from the course start date. After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, and payments will continue as scheduled.


3. Refunds for Course Cancellations by NGDA

If a course is canceled by NGDA due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to partial refund of any payments made. Alternatively, you may opt to transfer to another course of equal value.


4. Partial Refunds for Course Withdrawals

If you need to withdraw from a course after the 7-day satisfaction period, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the circumstances and the amount of course content accessed. Please contact us for more information, and we will assess your case individually.

  • Eligibility: Partial refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis.
  • Conditions: Generally, if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed, refunds will not be granted.

5. No Refunds for Completed Courses

Once a course has been completed, either by accessing all course materials or finishing all sessions, refunds will not be granted, as the full value of the course has been provided.
