Course Overview

The “Cloud Security” course spans seven modules covering essential cloud security topics, starting with basic principles and compliance, moving through identity and access management, data security, network security, threat management, and application security, and culminating in a practical capstone project. Key areas include setting up IAM roles, encrypting data, configuring network and application security measures, and engaging in threat detection and incident response, with each module comprising one to two classes. Students will participate in both theoretical lessons and hands-on activities to solidify their learning, such as configuring security tools and conducting security drills.
